Burst pipe, insecure door, leaking roof — the first job is to isolate the fault and make the property safe. We aim to be with you far sooner than a 24-hour window.
What “urgent” means here
A 24-hour service is the outer promise. For anything that is actively damaging the building or leaving it unsafe, we treat it as a make-safe job and move as soon as we can travel.
Make safe
Board a broken pane, secure a door, cap a leak, catch water, or prop what is at risk of failing.
Then repair
Once it is stable we agree the lasting fix — same visit if it is straightforward, booked in if parts or a specialist ticket are needed.

Burst or leaking pipes, overflowing tanks, sudden loss of water where isolation is needed.
Weather & fabric
Storm-damaged tiles, leaking valleys, blown-in doors or windows, unsafe fencing after high winds.
Security
Forced entry, failed locks, smashed glass. Board-up and secure so the property can be left.
Landlord / void
A tenant reports a leak or an empty property is found insecure. We attend, photograph and report back.
Gas smell, fumes or suspected carbon monoxide: leave the building, call the Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999, then call us if you need the property made secure afterwards. We do not work on live gas.
How a call-out runs
1. You call or email Tell us the address, what is happening, and whether water or power is still on.
2. We say when we can be there Same day wherever we can. Nights and Sundays if it is genuinely unsafe to leave.
3. Make-safe first Isolate the fault, stop further damage, leave the property lockable and dry enough to occupy or hand back.
4. Confirm the follow-on A clear note of what was done, any parts needed, and a price for the lasting repair.
